Adult  Jiu-Jitsu classes Mon. and Wed. 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
And Saturday  11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes ages 7 and up Tues. and Thurs. 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

Cardio Kickboxing Tue. And Thur. 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Adult Jiu-Jitsu  $ 75.00 a month

 Kids Jiu-Jitsu  $ 50.00 a month

Cardio Kick boxing   $ 50.00 a month

Multiple family member rate $ 75.00 a month for the first member and $ 35.00 for each additional member.
